Banking sector
Digital transformation
As part of our bank’s transformation program, we had to transform our IT operating model. We needed to change our business model from an in-house to an outsourced, cloud-based approach. To think about our new organization and the new roles we needed to implement to achieve it, we called on Fructufy.
Throughout its mandate, Fructufy guided and supported us in the implementation of our target operating model, through its tailor-made tools and services.
We particularly appreciated Fructufy’s systemic vision of the company: what it should be, why and how it should evolve. There’s a lot of rational thinking behind their guidance, and it produces a really tangible, concrete result. Like the tree that represents their approach, there’s a lot of thought behind this new model. The human dimension is also omnipresent in their thinking and support. This was an important element for us, enabling us to transform without betraying the bank’s DNA.

Organizational transformation
Granting autonomy and being flexible in the management of certain units in my organization is nothing new. In a dynamic context, I have to develop my own management and that of my directors, so that my company’s operational model becomes a real strategic focus.
Industry sector
Organizational transformation
While the need for an effective Operational Model is not a matter of debate, companies are still finding it difficult to structure their decisions when it comes to defining and managing it. Companies do it, but without being aware of the impact and interrelation of their decisions.

Clarify the chaos to build an HR function that lives up to the institution’s ambitions
Against a backdrop of ambitious goals—expanding programs, relocation to new premises, digital transformation, talent attraction—the HR department of a healthcare university found itself at a crossroads. Too many demands, insufficient clarity, and an organization that was difficult to steer.
They asked us to develop a clear, structured, and actionable vision of what needed to be transformed so that the HR department could truly support the institution’s strategy.
« We were in the form of operational chaos. Lots of issues, lots of expectations, but no clear vision of our ability to address them, nor of the direction to take.
Fructufy’s support enabled us to take a real step forward. In a short time, we identified our strengths and weaknesses, and, above all, structured a transformation roadmap.
The approach was both rigorous and very concrete. Not a one-size-fits-all method, but a framework that helped us ask the right questions and regain control.
Today, we know what to do, how to structure our HR priorities, and which direction to move in to better support our university’s strategic projects. »
